1 – REGISTRATIONS AND BOOKING

Booking requests can be made in several ways, including by fax, post or e-mail; the fastest ways being telephone booking and booking in person at the residence.
Once a clear request has been made, the residence will send (or give personally) a provisional booking form to the customer. Provisional bookings are valid for between three and eight days depending on the chosen period.

The outstanding amount must be settled one month before your expected arrival date, without any further reminder from us.
For bookings made less than 30 days before the expected arrival date, you will be required to pay for the entire stay upfront when booking.
